Three Worlds
PREPARING THE CHURCH FOR GLOBAL MINISTRY IN THE 21ST CENTURY
Three Worlds employs a team of committed Christians experienced in cross-cultural ministry to engage young people in cross cultural ministry, support empowered and accountable leaders and create inter-connectivity throughout Europe and the Middle East.
ENGAGE
YOUTH
We have extensive experience organizing local and regional camps, creating children's, youth and young adult ministries as well as establishing internships and providing immersion opportunities to engage young people
SUPPORT
LEADERS
Ministry can be challenging especially in Europe and the Middle East. Our team focuses on providing support, resources and mentorship for accountable leaders. Our concentration is on leaders under 45 as very few young people choose ministry as a career.
CREATE CONNECTIVITY
If you want tangible ways to encourage churches in Europe/Middle East, Three Worlds is constantly creating points of connection. Isolation has effected so many in our region and we hope to combat the discouragement together.
SERVICES
What 3W Offers
Strategic Support at Varying Levels
Three Worlds offers a variety of services for churches. We provide strategic support and work with accountability structures to promote healthy growth and effective ways to navigate the complex nature of Christianity in the 21st Century.
LOCAL MINISTRY
Missionary Placement
Missionary Placement
Our team works in a variety of settings and ministries: leading a post-Christendom faith community in Birkenhead, assisting women caught in sex-trafficking, working with young bivocational pastors in Northern Italy, delivering essential supplies to Ukranian church leaders, Pastoring in Spain, and raising up the next Generation of leaders in Bulgaria, Lebanon, Italy and France and intentionally connecting these young leaders throughout the region.
CONSULTING
Evaluating and Supporting
Re-calibrating Together
3W assists churches and other organizations in Europe, the Middle East, and North America as they try to re-configure to be more effective in mission or to increase their effectiveness working with youth or dealing with the "three worlds" of Christianity being expressed today. We have assisted churches in Texas, Greece, Italy, U.K., Egypt, and many other locations.
3W Leadership Network (3WLN)
Creating a Network of Support
Three Worlds Leadership Network (3WLN) was launched October 2015 and is the first ever multinational network of Church of God young leaders in Europe and the Middle East. The purpose of the network is to encourage interconnectivity and foster ongoing involvement amongst the 14 countries. This is not just a biennial event, but has helped create opportunities for training, encouragement and synergistic regional strategizing. By attending members are committing to engaging with the network via communication (FB, text, email etc.) and actively seeking connection through encouraging visits, participating in camps, assisting with training and ministry events. Camaraderie is particularly important and isolation is particularly deadly in Europe and the Middle East. In many of our countries, the percentage of Evangelical Christians is between .25% and 4%. Many of our young people have never been in a room with more than 5 or 10 Evangelical Christian young leaders. Events that bring them together are enormously inspirational and healing in a way that North American, Latin America, and African Christians cannot understand because the European and Middle Eastern cultures are so deeply secular and/or hostile to Christianity. Our team's desire is that this current generation of young leaders will be the first generation of the Church of God to not grow up in such crushing isolation. Rather, that they will live out their lives in ministry in community with each other and in partnership and unity. Three Worlds Leadership Network is helping to make that goal tangible.
